Our School Mission Statement

At Rackheath the children are at the centre of all we do. We work with our community to provide children with the best possible opportunities to enjoy school and achieve their full potential.

The children, parents, governors and staff of the school worked together to come up with words and phrases to describe our school, its vision and ethos. We produced two wordles: one describes the qualities we promote in our children and the other highlights what we expect of our staff, together they make up the “Rackheath Way.”  The bigger the word or phrase the more people that chose it as a key quality. These are displayed around the school and referred to regularly.
